All reasonable steps are taken to secure client data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Data collected by EU Prime Serwis is used solely for business operations, client communication, legal compliance, and service improvement. Client data will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent unless legally required. These Terms and Conditions are set forth to provide transparent guidance on our service expectations, data protection, and client responsibilities. By engaging with EU Prime Serwis, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Scope of Services and Client Eligibility

EU Prime Serwis provides consultancy and advisory services for immigration, legal, and regulatory processes, assisting clients with document preparation, application guidance, and procedural support. The scope of services may vary based on individual client needs, and any outcomes, including immigration approvals, are subject to the decisions of relevant authorities. EU Prime Serwis does not guarantee successful immigration outcomes or employment prospects post-immigration. Services rendered by EU Prime Serwis are not a substitute for legal advice.

Payment Conditions

Payment for services must be completed in full before commencement of any consulting process. EU Prime Serwis fees are distinct from any third-party fees required by immigration authorities, consulates, testing centers, or other external entities. These third-party fees are not covered by EU Prime Serwis charges and are the sole responsibility of the client.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility applies strictly to clients who have paid the entire service fee with no outstanding balance. Any refund consideration applies solely to consulting fees paid to EU Prime Serwis, excluding non-refundable taxes or administrative charges. Refunds may be processed if an immigration application is denied by an authority, subject to the submission of a complete Online Refund Claim Form and supporting documentation, such as a formal rejection letter. Approved refunds are processed within 15-30 working days but may be delayed by external procedural factors.

Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

EU Prime Serwis is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government restrictions, or significant changes in immigration policy. In these exceptional situations, services will be resumed as soon as feasible, though no refund will be provided solely on the basis of delays arising from such uncontrollable events. If a procedural issue from our side affects a client’s case, EU Prime Serwis reserves the right to review the case in good faith and may, at its sole discretion, determine whether a partial refund or alternative solution is appropriate.

Third-Party Fees and Charges

EU Prime Serwis service fees are separate and independent from any third-party fees, including but not limited to charges by immigration authorities, consulates, testing centers, or other regulatory bodies. Clients acknowledge that these external charges are not covered by EU Prime Serwis fees, and any requests for reimbursement of third-party fees must be directed to the respective entities. EU Prime Serwis service fees reflect our commitment to high-quality consultancy, set independently of market standards, and cannot be contested after registration. Refunds or service transfers to third parties are not permitted if the client voluntarily discontinues services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

In compliance with GDPR, EU Prime Serwis ensures that client data remains confidential, secure, and used solely for agreed-upon purposes. Clients are obligated to disclose accurate and complete information essential to the immigration process. Withholding pertinent information, such as criminal history or financial status, that may affect the immigration process may lead to disqualification from refund eligibility. Transparency and cooperation from the client are essential to effective consultancy.

Limited Liability in Case of Immigration Policy Changes

EU Prime Serwis cannot predict or control changes in immigration policies or quota limits set by government agencies, which may impact application outcomes. Such changes may affect eligibility, timelines, and the success of immigration applications. Clients acknowledge that EU Prime Serwis is not liable for immigration outcomes or policy changes that result in denials, and no refund will be issued based on these factors.
